Personal Training
Get ready for a high-energy, fast-paced strength workout that blends the intensity of bootcamp with the muscle-building benefits of resistance training for all levels! This class combines functional strength exercises, bodyweight drills, and dynamic movements in a challenging circuit-style format. You’ll move through timed stations focusing on power, endurance, and total-body strength, using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and resistance bands.
Each session starts with an athletic warm-up and finishes with a targeted core blast and recovery stretch. Bootcamp Strength is perfect for those looking to build muscle, burn fat, and develop athletic power — all in an intense, electric, and supportive group setting.

6 Week Body Transformation Challenge! – Beginning May 6th, Kate will be offering a comprehensive program including classes at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, nutritional coaching, and Inbody Body Compositions scans. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Functional Strength Training No Egos, Just Effort
This is a down-to-earth strength class where we focus on moving better, getting stronger, and having a good time doing it. Using tools like sleds, Indian clubs, maces, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight, you’ll build real-world strength without the intimidation factor. Whether you’re new to training or have been at it for years, you’ll find a supportive, ego-free environment where everyone works at their own pace. Expect challenging, creative workouts that are as fun as they are effective.
