Strength and Conditioning Coach

Darryl Nelson

Darryl Nelson is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a career spanning collegiate, professional, and Olympic-level athletics. Originally from Buxton, Maine, Darryl earned his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia, where he also served as an assistant strength coach for the Bulldogs’ intercollegiate program.
He holds certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and has worked at elite institutions such as Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning and IMG Academy’s International Performance Institute. Before joining us, Darryl spent 19 seasons as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program. Outside the gym, Darryl enjoys the great outdoors—hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking whenever he can.

Certified Yoga Instructor & Licensed Physical Therapist

Jacci

Jacci is a certified yoga instructor and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a passion for mindful movement, functional strength, and holistic well-being. With over 18 years of personal yoga practice and more than 3 years of teaching experience, she brings a compassionate and grounded energy to every class.
Her background in physical rehabilitation equips her with a deep understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and body mechanics, helping students move with greater awareness and care. Jacci’s classes often blend Vinyasa flow, strength training, mobility work, and the deep release of Yin yoga, offering a practice that is both empowering and restorative.

Kate Meske

Kate Meske is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and dynamic Group Exercise Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Known for her high energy and innovative programming, Kate specializes in Strength classes, HIIT, Bootcamp, traditional Spin, and her signature Hip Hop Spin.

Her sessions are packed with vibrant music, effective mobility techniques, and an engaging approach that motivates everyone to push beyond their limits. Kate’s passion for wellness and her ability to make fitness fun and transformative make her a true asset to our community.
